The year 2020 was a challenge for EVERYONE. For me, achieving wellness during one of the most chaotic times of our recent history was, hard. I am not a fan of 'instant' results, they have never worked for me. Instead, I've focused my wellness, on doing little things every day, to the best of my ability. So that I can get to a place of peace, joy and happiness.

Every day, you can do something that nurtures wellness. Every day, you can do one small thing to infuse health and happiness into your life. And while you can’t eliminate the stresses of the world, we can minimize the stress in our own life.

Wellness is about your LIFE as whole — your emotional, physical, financial, spiritual, social and intellectual health are all included. When you focus on doing small things, they add up over time.

That’s why you won’t New Year Resolutions don't work. When we focus on the quick fix, we miss out on different way that we can incorporate being 'Well' every day for an entire year.

How we nourish ourselves is absolutely important, in this program '75 Days of Wellness' you’ll find simple daily activities designed to remind you that:

Wellness is a journey, not a destination.
It's 'OK' to start over.
You can only do your best.
We are ALL a work-in-progress.
You can still do hard things.

Oh, and It’s never too late to start something new.

With that in mind, the suggestions in the manual are 'suggestions' try to stick to the ones that you can do and commit to doing them. You can adjust activities/suggestions to better suit your schedule and lifestyle.

To a better year, and better health!

with Love, Rosie
