2. What if I’m new to yoga or meditation? No problem! This program is accessible for all levels, including beginners. The yoga practices are gentle and restorative, designed to support your body during this time of transformation. Meditation practices are guided, and we’ll walk you through each step, so you’ll feel comfortable and supported.
3. How much time do I need to commit each week? You’ll need about 3-5 hours per week for the full program, including time for yoga, meditation, and personal reflection. Our sessions are flexible, with pre-recorded content and live coaching calls, so you can tailor the program to fit your schedule.
4. Will I get personalized guidance? Yes! Throughout the program, you’ll receive expert guidance, including two appearances from two expert MD’s and GYN’s, who specialize in hormonal health. You’ll also have access to personalized tools, meal guides, and group coaching sessions to support your individual needs.
5. What if I can’t make it to the live sessions? All live group coaching sessions will be recorded, so you won’t miss out if you can’t attend live.
