Friday, November 22nd

  • 3:00 - 5:00 pm: Arrival & Welcome
    Begin your retreat by settling into the serene surroundings of Commune. Meet your fellow participants and set the intention for the weekend focused on self-love and compassion.

  • 5:30 pm: Mindful Flow & Movement
    This yoga and movement session will gently open your body and mind. Through a combination of yoga and breathwork, we’ll focus on setting intentions for renewal and growth.

  • 7:30 pm: Dinner
    Savor a delicious, nourishing meal prepared with mindfulness and intention, designed to support your body from the inside out.

Saturday, November 23rd

  • 7:30 am: Silent Reflection & Journaling

  • Begin the morning with quiet self-reflection time. In this silent period, you can journal, meditate on your own, or simply sit with your thoughts, creating space for inner stillness and clarity before the day’s activities.

  • 8:00 am: Light Breakfast
    Enjoy a mindful breakfast, learning to connect with your body’s needs and how to nourish it with care.

  • 9:00 am: Embodied Self-Compassion
    A dynamic yoga session focused on self-love and compassion through mindful movement. Afterward, we’ll explore how to embody self-love and compassion in daily life with a dharma talk.

  • 12:00 pm: Lunch
    A mindful eating workshop accompanies this meal, where we’ll explore how to foster a healthy, compassionate relationship with food and our bodies.

  • 4:30 pm: Yoga Nidra & Breathwork
    Experience deep relaxation and restoration through a guided Yoga Nidra session. This practice will help you release tension, calm the mind, and invite profound stillness, leaving you feeling fully recharged.

  • 6:30 pm: Dinner
    Another mindful and nourishing meal shared with the community.

  • 8:30 pm: Star-Gazing Hot Tub Hang Out
    Unwind under the stars with your new friends, enjoying the hot tub, the peaceful quiet of nature, and reflecting on the day.

Sunday, November 24th

    Start the day with an activating yoga practice designed to energize the body and reinforce self-compassion. Afterward, we’ll gather for a closing circle, reflecting on the weekend's insights and discussing practical ways to carry the lessons of self-love and compassion into daily life.

  • 10:00 am: Brunch
    A final nourishing meal together before departure, with gratitude and mindfulness.

  • 11:00 am: Departure
    Leave feeling renewed, energized, and deeply connected to yourself and your path of self-love.

Note: Most rooms share bathrooms, offering a cozy, glamping-style experience. Single and Shared rooms are priced per person. The Premier Suite is priced the same whether it is one or two people.

Cancelation Policy

Please note that all retreats are final sale and non-refundable. However, your spot can be transferred to another person if needed. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance through www.insuremytrip.com to protect your investment, as we maintain a strict cancelation policy.

  • What should I bring? You can travel light for this retreat. Bring comfortable shoes for hiking or walking, a bathing suit, something warm and cozy for the mornings and evenings.

  • Do I have to book with a friend if I want a shared room? No, we will pair you with someone.

  • What if I have a specific room request? Rooms will be assigned on a first come basis and will depend on how full we get on our retreat.

  • Do I need to bring a yoga mat?  We will provide mats and props, however feel free to bring your own, too.

  • Will there be vegetarian and gluten free options at lunch?  Yes.

  • Can I join the retreat even if I don’t stay at the retreat?  Yes, You can purchase a day pass, but space is limited.
