Giving ourselves permission to cultivate more self-love can be challenging.
This workshop will discuss how we can develop loving acceptance towards oneself.
We will discuss the obstacles that stand in our way, and learn tools to minimize the intensity of 'charged' emotions.
Practicing loving/kindness itself is designed to overcome any feelings of self-doubt or negativity.
Then you are ready to develop loving-kindness to others.
The more grounded we are the more focused and less triggered we become when handling stress.
Bring your journal for the writing prompts. In addition we will devise a plan to be more mindful and more present as we end this sh*t show of a year.
We will conclude with a 15min. Meditation and a Q+A
