Mantra meditation builds self-confidence and self-empowerment, reduces stress and balances the emotions. Spiritually, mantras are said to dissolve one's bad karma, produce jnana (wisdom) and are considered one of the many yogic paths towards self-realization.

What we will learn:

1. Utilizing the bases of our sankalpa, we will frame our mantra to help guide our daily life
2. The benefits of repetition
3. Utilizing mantra and ritual to achieve our life purpose and our passions
