I’ve worked with many meditation and yoga teachers in the past, and Rosie is by far the best! We’ve been practicing together for a little over 3 years now, and she’s changed my life for the better. I think many spiritual wellness practices can be intimidating, especially for beginners like myself. Yet, Rosie’s patience, encouraging personality, and willingness to modify to individual abilities make her an extraordinary teacher. Rosie has an innate ability to connect with her students on a deeper, more personal level because she is very grounded in reality, and cognizant of all aspects of life. She combines her understanding nature with insightful wisdom to help you see things in a new perspective, but she does it in a practical way that never feels preachy or overbearing. Rosie is conscientious, hardworking, down to earth and fun to be around.
Rosie is very conscious of body and spacial awareness, constantly reminding you to adjust or breathe throughout your practice, and it helps you become more aware and connected to your own body. It makes her practice much more human and welcoming. She’s a truly special teacher, and I feel genuinely lucky to practice both yoga and meditation with her. ~ Kelsey Wilkins
