Daily life is chaos. Balanced by rare moments of absolute serenity. Mostly however. My life is about how fast can I move, how powerfully can I exist, how much can I accomplish, and of course… how much can I be present in all these exchanges…? In this journey. My ‘yoga’ has always been a method of practiced movement, taking action, jumping, pressing, racing, sweating, physically realizing my actions through active meditation & movement. I am always searching for similar energetic connection in all that I do. Especially when looking to advance in my own growth and practice of my own inner yoga works. Finding someone with whom I can sit with, trust, and be completely vulnerably present in ‘non-action’ is golden. Rosie is this person. She is a true Sage whom embodies the practice, energetic connection, grounded serenity, love of self, and ultimately – the selflessness to allow someone like myself to be fully present and grounded in shared energetic connection the like is rarely found. And. She is just frickn’ awesome in general! Much love. ~ Derek Kistner, CEO + Designer/Creator of Ink and Wood
I’ve worked with many meditation and yoga teachers in the past, and Rosie is by far the best! We’ve been practicing together for a little over 3 years now, and she’s changed my life for the better. I think many spiritual wellness practices can be intimidating, especially for beginners like myself. Yet, Rosie’s patience, encouraging personality, and willingness to modify to individual abilities make her an extraordinary teacher. Rosie has an innate ability to connect with her students on a deeper, more personal level because she is very grounded in reality, and cognizant of all aspects of life. She combines her understanding nature with insightful wisdom to help you see things in a new perspective, but she does it in a practical way that never feels preachy or overbearing. Rosie is conscientious, hardworking, down to earth and fun to be around.
Rosie is very conscious of body and spacial awareness, constantly reminding you to adjust or breathe throughout your practice, and it helps you become more aware and connected to your own body. It makes her practice much more human and welcoming. She’s a truly special teacher, and I feel genuinely lucky to practice both yoga and meditation with her. ~ Kelsey Wilkins
Rosie is an incredible being. I can’t say enough about her. Not only is Rosie the only teacher to keep me coming back for every class, but she’s someone I’m honored to call my friend. She’s helped me with everything from de-stressing my life through meditation, to improving my health with yoga, re-invigorating my life with her life coaching, and even cleansing my home with her energy healing. This year I look forward to deepening my yoga practice by first going to her retreat in Bali, and then training with her for my teacher certification. Her supportive guidance, thoughtful words and kind presence make for a truly special experience. Spend a little time with her in any capacity, and you’ll know exactly what I mean. – Josie Goldberg Strategic Planner and Brand Manager Extraordinaire
I love Rosie beyond words, but I’ll attempt to capture what she means to me and how she has impacted my life. We met in a karate dojo many years ago and bonded over our shared interest in how to become our best selves. We healed each other and ourselves as we traversed the depths of past, present, and future. Rosie is one of the strongest women I have ever met and committed to helping others achieve their fullest potential! – Chyna Chuu Writer, Actress, Artist, Karate Black Belt
I have known Rosie since she was a teenager, I have seen her grow and evolve and am really proud of the woman she has become, I was fortunate enough to be one of her first yoga students, she’s a natural and cares very much about what she does. I could not praise her enough.. ~ Jonathan Antin Internationally renowned hairstylist, Owner of Jonathan & George Salon in Beverly Hills and Star of hit T.V. Show “L.A. Hair”
